PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FIXED 12-MONTH PERIOD WITH OPTION TO RENEW.
Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties for Robb Report Live Media Events
• Maintain database of invite list, event attendees, member data, and notes
• Keep track of attendee outreach efforts and follow up communication schedules
• Manage all recordkeeping and communications with clients, maintaining weekly reports on tracking guest attendance & other important information
• Coordinate distribution of all digital and print invitations, announcements, itineraries, scheduling, etc, along with personalized guest outreach
• Build and manage event registration systems and event and partner information on RR1.com in collaboration with Integrated Marketing
• Collect event payments from guests, and coordinate travel logistics. Record all payments and distribute receipts.
• Gather, prepare and distribute biographical information (face pages) for internal distribution prior to events
• Fulfill individual special requests and answer questions about our programs
• Gather traveler information for various trips, convey details of events and schedules, gather and record signed waivers
• Work with General Counsel to update and distribute waiver and release forms for events
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media growth, assisting with copywriting, scheduling, and approvals
• Support events on an as needed basis (pre-event planning phase and onsite support)
Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Administrative experience
• Skilled with learning and adapting to new technologies – experience with CRM tools & WordPress are beneficial
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in luxury marketplace or with UHNW individuals
• An understanding of the travel industry is a plus
• Professional yet appropriately friendly demeanor with UHNW clients
Salary: $65k

The total compensation package for this position will include other elements including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
