Robb Report: Live Media Event Coordinator
The Live Media Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of events for Robb Report (as well as other publications in PMC’s luxury portfolio: Art News, Art in America and Art Forum). The Robb Report Live Media team produces 30 experiences annually, for an affluent and discerning group of tastemakers.
PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
The position requires the following:
- Plan and coordinate production logistics pre-, during, and post-event
- Assist in setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines, scope of work deliverables, and priorities of event production needs for the internal team as well as vendors
- Support Vice President of Live Media and Partnership Integration Manager to ensure exemplary design, delivery and execution of partner activations at live events
- Support Guest Experience team with assets and information necessary to ensure a seamless integration of event attendees
- Coordinate load-in/load-out schedules with vendors on-location to facilitate smooth pre/post event operations and logistics
- Coordinate and execute pre-and-post event shipping of production assets to/from event venues
- Coordinate and maintain “road box” containing production supplies supporting needs of on-site event activations
- Travel to/from various event locations to plan and execute client facing programming
- Track key event elements and provide post-event analysis/details to the sales team to share with sponsors and partners
- Conduct and report on regular study and market review of event trends and leading vendors
- Conduct consistent venue research for event locations throughout the year and maintain a database of preferred vendors
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation supporting live event activations for partners and guests
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in event production
- Extremely organized and punctual
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong hands-on experience in planning
- A positive self-starter and team player with a can-do and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently on directed tasks
- Ability to excel in high-pressure situations
- Ability to engage in light physical labor, supporting event set-up/dismantle
- Experience and aptitude operating following software: MS Office Suite, Airtable, Asana, Coupa, Egencia

Salary/Benefits
