Roadside Attractions seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Company's Co-Presidents. This is a high-profile position which includes both administrative and creative duties. Expanding our television development slate is a priority, and this position will assist with those efforts.

Our ideal candidate is a well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who's also a voracious reader comfortable articulating creative analysis both in person and in writing. Film distribution has many facets, including acquisitions, marketing, exhibitor relations, publicity, business affairs, and finance, and this position will have exposure to all aspects of the company. We seek someone who is already a student of the industry and desires to grow into a well-rounded creative executive.
This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits and will pay $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The Executive Assistant will work?five days per week out of the Company's Los Angeles offices.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:??
-Maintain the Co-Presidents' schedules and set internal and external meetings and calls,?which includes some personal scheduling and travel as well as administration for external volunteer organizations
-Track and evaluate finished films and literary material for acquisitions, film/TV development, and research purposes
-Coordinate internship program, including conducting candidate interviews
-Arrange domestic and international travel, including film festival logistics and accommodations, in conjunction with outside agency
-Answer phones (light), place occasional outgoing calls for the Co-Presidents, and update the Co-Presidents' phone sheets and contacts
-Prepare expense reports for the Company's Co-Presidents and SVP Distribution as well as departmental expenses
-Monitor supply and equipment stock, and place orders as needed
-Serve as point contact with various office-related, third-party vendors, Building Maintenance, and Building Manager
-Screen unsolicited calls and respond to inquiries submitted to the Company's general email account and general voicemail
-Maintain assistant desktop manual, along with other systems, databases, and other aspects company infrastructure?
-Learn company accounting system in order to assist with monitoring project costs
-Route mail and coordinate deliveries
-Complete ad hoc projects across as needed/directed?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:?
-Bachelor's Degree (BA/BFA/BS) from a four-year college or university
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with basic math
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment?

-Ability to travel on occasion is preferred but not required
