About the Role:
What you will do:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, partnerships, PR, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Establish and maintain Ritual's online presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with co-founders and team members to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in digital marketing and audience growth.
• Creative instincts combined with a practical, hands-on approach to executing campaigns.
• Comfortable working remotely within a small and dynamic team.
• Bilingual in English and French.
