Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for interns to assist our agency's day-to-day tasks.

Interns can express interest in specific aspects of the agency they wish to concentrate in.

However, Interns will handle various aspects of the industry, including:
• Submitting talent to national projects
• Communicating with industry professionals and agency roster
• Managing talent contracts
• Marketing
• Social media management

*Interns will report/get feedback from lead agents.

Educational Opportunities:
• Become familiar with casting platforms and gain experience in submitting to major casting directors and agencies
• Gain experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
• Express creativity and ingenuity in free-flowing conversations surrounding operations and tasks
• Build a network with industry professionals, fellow interns, and team

Minimum Qualifications:
• Knowledge of office management
• Computer proficient and excellent writing skills required
• Ability to articulate professionally on the phone and make phone calls to industry professionals
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry a plus
• Basic knowledge of using Google Drive and Google Workspace
• Excellent at multitasking, outgoing and assertive personality
• Knowledge of casting websites is a plus
• Commitment: 6 months minimum
• Intern hours range from 16-20 hours max per week. Flexible and remote availability
