Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are looking for interns to assist our agency's day-to-day tasks.

While this internship is UNPAID and REMOTE, performance-based scholarships are offered throughout the duration of the contract and college credit can be given. Interns can express interest in specific aspects of the agency they wish to concentrate in.

However, Interns will handle various aspects of the industry, including:

• Submitting talent to national projects
• Communicating with industry professionals and agency roster
• Managing talent contracts
• Marketing
• Social media management

*Interns will report/get feedback from Righteous Talent's lead agents

Educational Opportunities:

• Become familiar with casting platforms and gain experience in submitting to major casting directors and agencies
• Gain experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
• Gain access to Righteous Talent Agency's programs, services, and operations
• Express creativity and ingenuity in free-flowing conversations surrounding operations and tasks
• Build a network with industry professionals, fellow interns, and RTA team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of office management
• Computer proficient and excellent writing skills required
• Ability to articulate professionally on the phone and make phone calls to industry professionals
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry a plus
• Basic knowledge of using Google Drive and Google Workspace
• Excellent at multitasking, outgoing and assertive personality
• Knowledge of casting websites is a plus
• Commitment: 6 months minimum
• Intern hours range from 16-20 hours max per week. Flexible and remote availability
