Creative Asset Development: Lead and oversee the design and production of all visual materials, including pitch decks, OOH, trailers, social content, motion graphics, and merch.
Social & Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing director to translate campaign strategy into compelling visual narratives across social, digital, and experiential formats.
Agency & Freelancer Oversight: Direct and manage external creative partners (editors, designers, illustrators, motion artists, etc.), ensuring the highest-quality output that aligns with our tone and strategy. Actively help founding team build a robust community of agency and freelance partners for different audiences and film typologies.
Experimental & Experiential Thinking: Drive unexpected campaign moments-from zines and installations to record sleeves and custom AR/VR elements-bringing artistry into the distribution experience.
Cross-Team Creative Leadership: Partner with press, distribution, and partnership leads to make sure the visual language of each project supports the broader marketing and engagement goals.
