We're looking for someone passionate about our product and who combines creativity and strategy with a hunger to succeed and a deep understanding of the digital media sales process. This person is dynamic in their ability to work with clients, smart in their approach to the territory, and enthusiastic in their desire to be part of our growth. If you have a strong background in the advertising/media space and a proven track record of building strong client relationships through the RFP process, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for proposal generation and fulfillment while liaising with Sales, Marketing, Production and Brands to ensure seamless and strategic content and media planning. This role overseas and manages a small sales team, encouraging them to meet their quotas and sell our inventory.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale management and execution
• Working closely with operations and sales on trafficking & QA for ad campaigns including scheduling, inventory requests, and production timelines
• Helping sales and marketing put together pitch decks for client meetings and formal RFPs
• Respond in a timely and efficient manner to RFP's based on agencies' and/or clients' goals and objectives
• Create proposals and custom decks, including relevant audience research data
• Ensure the department is offering placements that are meeting the client KPI's to ensure successful delivery
• Responsible for daily communication with clients including internal and external kick off calls prior to campaign launch
• Monitor campaign delivery for quality assurance/control and ensure campaigns are running as contracted
• Provide timelines to clients, obtain necessary assets, and track pre/post turnover document
Qualifications
• 2-5 years prior experience in the advertising/media space
• Knowledgeable about assigned clients and the industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Meticulous attention to detail, exemplify accountability and follow through
• Ability to prioritize and multiple task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of project management tactics and process, with broad knowledge in digital details of projects and company organization
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Media Math, etc
