Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.
Support the Ad Sales and Integrated Marketing team initiatives for REVOLT TV & Media, the multi-genre, multi-platform music network delivers music news in real-time, and the best of the best in music programming. Work with communications, public relations and marketing teams to support and secure opportunities to strengthen the REVOLT brand.
Responsibilities
• Maintains calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments and keeps supervisor appropriately informed on a timely basis when changes occur.
• Organizes and facilitates meetings and conference calls with executives, external clients and sales prospects.
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
• Arranges, books and monitors details of complex travel and itineraries.
• Prepares the executives' personal and corporate expense reports and reconciles corporate credit card account.
• Handle confidential documents and legal documents appropriately.
• Works closely with other Administrative Staff as needed to coordinate calendars, meetings and other events that involve multiple executives and/or departments.
• Creates and maintains presentation, database and spreadsheet files.
• Incidental cleaning (i.e. before and after meetings), order and pick up of lunches, and others task as needed.
• Other duties and special projects may be assigned as necessary
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
• Must be energetic and very proactive, someone who welcomes a challenge and is able to work in a fast-moving, quick response, demanding, flexible environment with limited day to day supervision.
• Must have previous experience in the entertainment industry.?
• Previous experience supporting Executive level in a corporate environment.?
• Must be well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure.?
• Ability to deal with various personalities.?
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be a resourceful person with a professional manner that is aware this position requires the strictest confidentiality due to representing a high level of management.
• Knowledge of proper formats for letters, proper grammar, spelling and the ability to compose neat, accurate correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound judgment.?
• BA or BS degree preferred
