What are Some Diversity-Focused Writing Programs?

There are several diversity-focused writing programs that aim to increase representation and opportunities for underrepresented writers in the entertainment industry.
  • NBCUniversal Writers on the Verge: This is an intensive 12-week program for diverse writers that provides mentorship, workshops, and networking opportunities with industry professionals.
  • CBS Writers Mentoring Program: This program pairs diverse writers with mentors and provides them with tools and resources to develop their writing skills and navigate the entertainment industry.
