DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking innovative talent agents to join our team. We support and advocate on behalf of clients in the entertainment industry in the following Divisions: Theatrical, Stage, Dance, Commercial & Literary across Youth, Emerging Artists, and Talent (Adult) Departments.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the Team by bringing innovative ideas and executable strategies to the table
• Mentor/provide expert guidance, market, & represent the interests of clients
• Meet personal and company-based financial targets closing contracts
• Routinely interact with clients, casting directors, agents, managers, producers, artistic directors, and additional industry pros to support daily operations and artist relations with a level of professionalism and discretion
• Negotiate project contracts on behalf of clients with fairness and integrity
• Prepare and process billing & invoicing as assigned
• Interview potential clients to add to the company roster
• Understand and adjust to industry trends
• Manage industry contacts and keep connected in dynamic ways
• Participate in special projects (opening nights, screenings, etc.) as assigned
• IF applicable to your Division: Follow all SAG-AFTRA and AEA regulations

Qualifications:
• Business, Sales, Marketing, Entertainment background(s) are highly preferred.
• Extensive dance background
• No current actors/dancers/performers who are still performing
