Digital Talent Management & Partnerships Assistant
Reilly Talent
Los Angeles (Studio City), CAThis is a Part Time Job
Hybrid, Los Angeles | Approximately 20 paid hours per week | $25/hour
Reilly Talent is hiring a proactive, commercially curious operator who follows creator culture closely and wants to build a career in digital talent management. You will work directly with founder Taylor Reilly on creator positioning, partnership strategy, relationship development, and the systems behind a modern creator management company.
This is a hands-on role with clear output expectations. It is not a passive internship or a personal-assistant position.
The Role
You will be hired from day one as a part-time, non-exempt W-2 employee. The first 30 days are a structured introductory period with defined goals, weekly feedback, and access to the tools used in the role. All research, training, founder shadowing, follow-up, and other work is paid and expected to fit within the scheduled hours.
The position is part-time during the introductory period. Our intention is to move an effective hire into a full-time position shortly after the initial 30 days if they consistently meet the role's standards and there is a continuing business need. This progression is performance-dependent, not automatic. Supervised responsibility for a developmental creator can follow as trust and judgment are demonstrated.
What You Will Do
• Shadow the founder on talent strategy, creator positioning, partner calls, and commercial decision-making.
• Once trained, build and execute approximately 40 approved, qualified first touches in a normal production week across casting teams, influencer agencies, PR teams, and relevant brand partners. A first touch counts only when the person and contact details are verified, the reason for outreach is specific, the communication is tailored, it is sent through the approved workflow, and the next action is logged.
• Use Reilly Talent's existing AI-assisted pitching workflow to move faster, then personally verify every contact, company, email, creator fact, prior relationship, and line of copy before anything goes out.
• Monitor replies promptly, surface them to the founder, recommend and draft next steps, and keep approved follow-ups and CRM records current. During the introductory period, external responses are reviewed by the founder before they are sent.
• Spot live internet and culture moments and turn them into sharp, specific partnership ideas for talent.
• Think independently, improve weak angles, and respectfully flag a bad fit instead of executing blindly.
• Do the human work AI cannot: build trust, personalize outreach, read the room, and develop durable industry relationships.
The Operating Philosophy: AI-First, Judgment-Led
AI is built into this job. We want someone who is genuinely excited to use it every day to research faster, strengthen ideas, improve systems, and increase output. We also need someone who knows AI can be confidently wrong. You will be expected to audit it ruthlessly and never send work you cannot personally defend.
You will use company-approved AI tools and workflows. Never put confidential creator, deal, contact, commercial, or personal information into an unapproved tool. Speed never overrides accuracy, privacy, or judgment.
This Role Is For You If
• At heart, you are a hunter. You have a demonstrated habit of creating momentum without repeated prompting: identifying the right person, opening a conversation, handling silence or redirection, and closing loops.
• You can show real evidence of something you personally originated: an opportunity, partnership, audience, client, sale, event, community, creator project, or network.
• You follow online culture closely and can explain why a format, community, creator, or conversation is gaining momentum, and why a partnership idea feels native or forced.
• You write clearly, notice small errors, move with urgency, and exercise sound judgment around confidential information.
• You take feedback without defensiveness, speak up respectfully when something is wrong, and care more about getting it right than being right.
• You are based in Los Angeles, authorized to work in the United States, and available for approximately 20 hours per week across five weekdays, including scheduled in-person working sessions with the founder. The weekly schedule is agreed in advance.
• Experience in talent management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, social media, sales, business development, or a self-built venture is useful. Proof can come from work, a campus organization, a creator account, freelancing, a side project, or a business, but it must genuinely be yours.
The Standard
Being busy is not the job. Creating qualified opportunities, protecting accuracy, closing loops, and leaving the system cleaner than you found it is the job. Hustle matters here, but judgment is what earns responsibility.
This role suits someone who wants direct coaching and also enjoys being accountable for measurable work. You will receive clear standards, candid feedback, and room to take on more responsibility as trust and judgment are demonstrated.
Reilly Talent is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates based on skills, evidence, judgment, and the ability to perform the role.
Salary/Benefits

Direct founder mentorship, hands-on exposure to creator representation and partnerships, a flexible hybrid schedule, and an intended path to full-time shortly after a successful 30-day introductory period, subject to sustained performance and business needs. Supervised developmental-creator responsibility can follow as trust and judgment are demonstrated.

1. In 120 words or fewer, describe one relationship or opportunity you personally originated. Where did it start, what obstacle or silence did you encounter, what did you do next, and what was the result? Include a supporting link or reference only if appropriate.
2. In 75 words or fewer, choose one creator from Reilly Talent's public roster and one plausible partner. What is the angle, and why does it make sense now? This idea is requested only for evaluation and will not be used commercially.
3. In 120 words or fewer, describe one real AI-assisted workflow you have used or built. What improved, what error or risk did you catch, and what human check remained?
You may use AI to help prepare your application, but you are responsible for every claim and detail. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to explain and defend their answers live.
