Comedy Videographer and Script Writer

We're hiring a videographer and comedy script writer to work directly with Adam Milardovic, a comedy creator based in Los Angeles with over 11 million followers on TikTok and 1.6 million on Instagram. Adam's content is dating and relationship comedy, short-form skits that run on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This role is a true split between the page and the camera. You're on set with Adam 3 to 4 days a week filming, and you're in the writers' seat between shoots coming up with premises and scripts. Both halves matter equally.
Most importantly, you need to be naturally funny. We're not looking for someone who can just format a script or someone who just runs a camera. We want the person who genuinely makes people laugh, and brings that to every premise, every line, and every edit.
What you'll do:
Writing
• Write skit premises and scripts for short-form comedy, dating and relationship focused
• Punch up scripts and pitch alt lines, tags, and better endings on set
• Pitch ideas constantly, we want someone always bringing concepts to the table
• Keep up with what's trending and moving in short-form comedy
Filming and editing
• Film with Adam on location around LA, 3 to 4 days per week
• Run camera, sound, and lighting on a small, fast-moving setup
• Edit skits for TikTok and Instagram Reels with sharp pacing and comedic timing
Who we're looking for:
• Naturally funny. This is non-negotiable. You can write a premise, land a punchline, and you're the person who makes the room laugh
• Strong on camera operation and short-form editing (Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci)
• LA-based and able to film in person 3 to 4 days a week
• You understand what makes a skit work in the first 3 seconds
• Fast turnaround, comfortable shooting and cutting on tight timelines
• Bonus: your own comedy content, a stand-up, improv, or sketch background, or a reel of skits you've written or shot
If you're a strong writer who isn't actually funny, or a great shooter who'd rather leave the jokes to someone else, this isn't the role.
The structure:
Start Date: Rolling, available immediately
Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week, in person around Los Angeles
Pay: $20 per hour
Reports to Reilly Talent, working day to day with Adam
