WHAT'S COOL ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
Reedpop works with some of the biggest and most influential brands in the world and this role plays an important role in bringing some of our largest branded experiences to life. You should be a positive, dynamic person that believes in the excellence of execution and is driven to always make your clients and customers happy. As part of our branded events team, you will work directly with our key contacts at Lucasfilm, Disney, Microsoft, Crunchyroll and others to deliver once in a lifetime experiences for their audiences. Your day to day responsibilities could be anything from filling 5,000 seat theaters, to curating intimate workshops, to setting up meet and greets, deploying newsletters, updating websites and mobile apps, tracking project timelines, engaging fan groups, and constructing immersive experiences. One day, you'll have high level meetings with partners; the next, you'll be pushing crates across a loading dock; and the next, you'll be filling in detailed spreadsheets at the Reedpop Global Command Center. You will be directly involved in everything from the creation of new experiential ideas, to the pre-show planning process, to scheduling, budgeting, execution and curation of content for world class branded experiences that fans will love. What could be cooler than that?
