Talent Coordinator / Junior Manager
Overview:
We are looking for someone to work directly with our company President, VP of Development, and Development team, on talent managing existing client roster as well as identifying, developing, and booking new talent. If you have agency experience, existing casting relationships, superb organizational skills, are a star networker, and are up-to-date on current pop culture events, then this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
-Manage talent logistics for auditions, shoots, brand partnerships, product launches, and events, including maintaining talent calendars and ensuring that contractual obligations are met
-Manage the day-to-day operations for talent and be the communication hub for all internal and external team members: PR, social media managers, brand managers, travel agents, HMU artists, stylists, etc
-Research and set meetings with new talent that through talent meetings, networking, and general outreach
-Develop concepts around new and existing talent for potential productions
-Handle deal requests and keep track of payments for existing talent
-Collaborate and coordinate with client's agents, social media team, brand managers, legal, and PR reps.
-Attend networking events, showcases, premieres, and screenings to further develop entertainment contacts and represent both our clients as well as our company.
-Front facing to clients, partners, vendors, brands, casting, agents, and more.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
-Agency experience, required
-Casting relationships, required
-Experience working with actors/actresses/celebrities/social/influencer/creator talent, required
-Networking skills, up-to-date on pop culture events, and strong social life, desired
-Experience in Talent, PR, or similar work environment
-Experience in assistant/management/coordinator role with proven growth
-Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Mac savvy, and seasoned ability to create talent department decks and one sheets
-Ability to handle corporate environment
-Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, very organized, problem solver
