Position Title: Receptionist/Office Coordinator (Part-time)
Reports To: Chief of Staff
Status: Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt (not benefits eligible)
Location: Redrock Entertainment headquarters in Burbank, California (On-site position)
Position Description:
Redrock Entertainment is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Office Coordinator to work approximately 3 days per week on-site at our headquarters in downtown Burbank, California. The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is an important extension of the company, being the first and last impression on every client, visitor, or call we receive. They play a key role in creating a professional office environment that promotes a positive, collaborative culture. This position requires someone who is personable, professional, and detailed oriented.
This is a part-time role well suited to someone balancing outside pursuits or projects, we're flexible with scheduling around auditions, classes, or other commitments, provided office coverage needs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Field incoming phone calls and email messages, directing inquiries to the right department in a timely and professional fashion.
• Greet high-profile clients and visitors to the office, ensure guests are comfortable and connected with the appropriate Redrock personnel.
• Open/Close the Redrock Office.
• Manage Conference Room schedules and ensure each room is set up correctly before and after each meeting.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Monitor and order inventory for the office, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
• Make sure all common office areas, storage closets, etc., are organized and accessible.
• Manage trash disposal throughout the office.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs/maintenance in connection to the office.
• Co-lead the Culture Committee, partnering with [department/role] to plan holiday parties, conferences, employee birthdays, and other events at Redrock headquarters.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of customer-facing professional experience
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Self-starter and great follow-through
• Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential information
• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Basic graphic design skills are preferred but not necessary
Salary/Benefits
$18.50
- 21.00
per hour
