Role Description
The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is considered an important extension of the company being the first and last impression on every client, visitor, or call we receive. Therefore, this position requires someone who is very personable, professional, and detailed oriented. Furthermore, the Receptionist/Office Coordinator is responsible for ordering all office supplies and to ensure the office feels like a second home to all employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Rolling calls (incoming only)
• Greet high profile clients and visitors to the office, ensure guests are comfortable and connected with the appropriate personnel.
• Open/Close the Office
• Manage Conference Room schedules and ensure each room is set up correctly before and after each meeting.
• Monitor and order inventory for the office, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Make sure all common office areas, storage closets, etc., are organized and accessible.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs/maintenance in connection to the office.
• Assist with planning and preparing for Internal events such as holiday parties, conferences, employee birthdays, and any other event taking place at the headquarters.

• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Basic graphic design skills are preferred but not necessary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday every week between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
*You will be sharing the position with another receptionist, and will have the option to swap days with each other pending availability.
