Legal Delivery (Film)

Law firm focused on transactional entertainment law seeking a Film Delivery or Film Distribution coordinator.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the delivery of films to various platforms and distributors.
• Manage the logistics and timelines for film distribution.
• Ensure all delivery specifications and requirements are met.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate film distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of film deliveries and distribution activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to film delivery.
• Review and analyze rights agreements, security agreements, talent agreements, credit statements, marketing materials, legal clearances, music licenses, billing blocks, chain of title, E&O insurance, and all other delivery documentation.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
