The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the showroom including maintaining its appearance and merchandising all samples. The Showroom Coordinator is welcoming and guides all guests through the showroom, along with responding to questions and demonstrating brands. This position is creative in pitching all clientele, is highly organized and ensures that client relationships are maintained while effectively leading and developing an internship team.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for scheduling, hiring and directly supervising internship program.
Manage and coordinate all stylist and showroom appointments.
Draft creative client pitches to include in all stylist outreach.
Coordinate editorial requests and showroom pulls.
Handle administrative tasks such as company schedule, filing and document composition.
Prepare and submits all expense reports to Accounts Payable.
Monitor all office supplies and inventory.
Responsible for monitoring, logging• & coordinating the location of all samples, including packing & shipping of samples.
Responsible for generating all RLPR social media content.
Responsible for tracking serviced and upcoming press placements.
Responsible for tracking stylist celebrity placements.
Maintains and updates showroom and all relevant brands.
Participates in filling job openings and locating viable candidates by placing advertisements in appropriate media such as newspaper, internet and RLPR's website.
Assist in handling company documents of a highly sensitive nature and maintains confidentiality regarding all documents and information received by or in the possession of the employee.
Accountable for consistent adherence to Red Light PR standards regarding the ethical, responsible, and appropriate use, care, and safeguarding of Red Light PR materials, supplies, resources, and other assets.
Undertakes and performs other work-related duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO
Fashion Director and Showroom Director, including research, evaluation and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with concentration in Business Management, Public Relations, Marketing or a closely related field and one (1) to two (2) years of administrative or public relations experience.
