Who is Starr Hill Presents? We're a concert promoter which owns and operates Charlottesville, VA venues including The Jefferson Theater, The Southern Café & Music Hall and the nTelos Wireless Pavilion. Starr Hill Presents is a part of the Red Light Management family.

RESPONSIBLITIES
Assist Marketing Director with development and implementation of strategic venue marketing plans to generate tickets sales and grow venue revenue.
Assist Marketing Director with the development and execution of third-party promotions to create awareness for shows and ultimately increase ticket sales.
Promote shows and engage ticket purchasers with creative media content across social media platforms and maintenance of venue website(s).
Oversee day of show activities/promotions along with press requests.
Compiling of expenses for the creation of show ad packs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in and/or proven knowledge in the marketing, communications and/or new media fields
Excellent written communication skills with emphasis on proofreading
Social media experience on platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, able to take clear direction and come up with new ideas
Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
Coach-able with the desire to be a team player
