Red Bull Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long-term artist development, with a diverse roster across a variety of musical genres. We are seeking a candidate to oversee our global merchandise and web store operations, for both the recording artists and label. The position will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns and requires a motivated self-starter.
- Manage the logistics and process of all merchandise related activity for artists and label; tour, retail, and web-store.
- Oversee the merchandising chain including design solicitation, manufacturing, logistics, sales and administration.
- Liaise with our existing suppliers and identify partners in new territories of expansion
- Coordinate with artist management on tour merchandising plans, projections, and logistics
- Work with our distributors to maximize our merchandise opportunities with physical and on-line retailers
- Oversee web store logistics and marketing campaigns; integrate merchandise initiatives into overall artist and album plans.
- Create compelling web-store campaigns around music and merchandise releases and manage seasonal web store sales events
- Work with the finance & operations department to track accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as manage and track inventory
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the merchandise field, with knowledge of design, production, sales and logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to execute assigned responsibilities and proactively address oncoming issues and opportunities.
- Located in West Hollywood, CA
