Rebel One is looking for self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic interns to join our team immediately, assisting our management team and our immersive theatre team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in many different facets of the music industry.
Must be able to work in fast paced environments and work autonomously, manage assigned tasks and see them through to completion with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Must be available 2-3 days a week. May additionally need to come in on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings if working with the theatre team.
Must have a professional demeanor and show discretion while working with clients and partners.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
Must have reliable transportation.
Previous experience in assisting and administrative duties.
Previous experience within entertainment and live production, preferred.
Previous experience in marketing & PR, preferred.
Tasks May Include:
Coordinating calendars, scheduling and meeting logistics.
General assistance to artists and managers, which may require running errands, deliveries when necessary.
Assisting with events, shows and productions , sometimes on evenings or weekends.
Help create tour budgets, advance shows, and track upcoming shows & tours.
Create written correspondence to agents and promoters on behalf of the company.
