Spring Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Spring
Internship Duration: Spring Semester
Time/Days Required: At least 2 full days per week
Workplace Requirements: Fully Remote

It is seeking a part-time fully remote Spring 2026 intern. It is estimated to begin late January/February 2026. (Start and end times are determined based on your school schedule).

Responsibilities:
• Daily communications with talent, casting, managers, agents, and publicists
• Assist in creation of pitches to casting and studios
• Manage a high influx of emails
• Assist in preparing and updating client materials
• Monitor breakdowns and submissions
• Learn and use industry programs (Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, CastIt, InEntertainment, etc)
• Assist with projects on the company's production slate
• Additional maintenance admin tasks

Qualifications:
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate - degree during the length of the program
• Must be able to receive college credit for the internship
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the semester/quarter
• Available at least 2 full days per week to intern
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Large interest in the entertainment industry
• Previous experience producing script coverage is helpful but not necessary
