Raymond Legal is a full-service boutique entertainment law firm looking for an administrative assistant to support the founding partner and two other partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and email correspondence
- Maintain phone sheet and facilitate calls for founding partner
- Handle client contact list and communication with clients via email and phone
- Manage partners' calendars
- Facilitate meeting coordination, reservations, etc. on behalf of the partners
- Organize files, contracts and other various legal documents
- Uphold standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- 1+ year administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entertainment experience, specifically in unscripted television or documentary films/series
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and internet software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet deadlines for tasks/assignments
- High attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Demonstrate good judgment with confidential and sensitive subject matter
