We are seeking a Producer who supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and coordinating logistics across departments. This role balances creative input with practical execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Read scripts and watch content to promote broad understanding for projects
- Work with Creative Directors to prepare for kickoff meetings
- Assign Editorial resources to projects based on interests, fit, and availability
- Act as project manager and client-facing representative for agency
- Maintain high-trust relationships with clients to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations
- Interpret/translate creative client notes & communicate to Editorial staff & Graphics staff; ensure all notes / changes are incorporated
- Manage multiple projects concurrently inclusive of all unique deliverables and varied deadlines
- Write and complete pitch decks for client projects for Creative Director review and approval
- Work effectively with Music to handle sound/music for all projects, including clearances
- Work effectively with Graphics on graphic elements for all projects to ensure accurate and timely deliverables are integrated
- Work effectively with Sound Design/Mix for all projects in finishing process
- Work effectively with Copywriters to handle copy on all projects; assign scripts
- Work effectively with Assistant Editorial team to manage assets
- Work effectively with AV team leadership: Associate Creative Directors, Executive Producers, and Creative Directors
- Work with Finishing team to deliver and prep locked creative
- Create new jobs, work orders and submit graphic request forms for projects in the Pipe
- Use CRM tool (Hubspot) to add/update relevant client information
- Collaborate with other Producers to share ideas and provide constructive feedback on a project/cut
- Keep up with entertainment marketing/trailer industry trends
- Attend project brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas and concepts, when requested
- Act as backup for Creative Director during his/her absence by continuing to move project elements forward under guidance of another Producer/Creative Director
- Listen to CD/client project conversations to understand client needs and how to communicate succinctly and effectively
- Provide administrative assistance Partner/Creative Director
- Manage client outreach / new biz: provide copy for emails, lists, tasks for Creative Director
- Assist in providing needed project documentation (continuity scripts, music cue sheets, shot lists)
- Generate/file requests & follow-up on creative orders (music/graphics/editorial cuts) as well as general needs (overtime requests for creative teams)
- Effectively work with other Coordinators/Producers to schedule and assign editorial resources
- Work with all creative and technical teams to ensure tasks that involve multiple departments are on track
- Maintain organized work files including client contact database
- Maintain a comprehensive log of daily tasks
- Provide ideas on how to evolve creative and support processes within the company
- Actively participate in project brainstorming sessions and strive to have at least one creative idea incorporated in every project
- Start to develop and build effective client relationships
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in production, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with production processes from pre-production to post
- Proficient in project management tools
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
