Position Overview:
RAFCO Talent Management is looking to bring on an experienced Theatrical Talent Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will already have some experience in talent management or casting, possess a strong understanding of the theatrical and on-camera landscape, and have an eye for spotting potential in emerging artists.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Represent and manage a roster of theatrical talent - including actors, performers, and creatives - guiding their careers across stage, film, and television.
Opportunity Development: Seek and submit clients for auditions, negotiate offers, and collaborate with agents, casting directors, and production teams.
Career Strategy: Help clients set goals, develop branding, and create long-term growth plans within the entertainment industry.
Networking: Maintain relationships with casting offices, production companies, and industry partners to open new doors for clients.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with RAFCO's leadership and other managers to align strategies, share opportunities, and grow the company's overall roster.
