RAFCO Talent Management is seeking an experienced professional to join the company as a Partner and Co-Owner. This is not a traditional employee role - it's an entrepreneurial leadership position for someone who wants to run the company day-to-day while the founder transitions into an oversight and advisory capacity.
The incoming partner will hold 30% ownership of RAFCO and must be ready to buy into the business financially.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Operations: Oversee daily operations of RAFCO Talent Management, managing staff, client rosters, and business activities.
Talent Representation: Actively manage your own roster of clients, handling contracts, partnerships, and bookings.
Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency, attract new talent, and form brand relationships.
Team Development: Recruit, guide, and manage additional talent managers and coordinators as the company grows.
Financial Strategy: Work closely with the founder on forecasting, profit sharing, and reinvestment planning.
Client & Brand Relations: Cultivate strong relationships across entertainment, social media, and brand industries.
Vision Leadership: Drive RAFCO's creative and strategic direction while maintaining its reputation for integrity and authenticity.
