Position Overview:
RAFCO Talent Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager for our Commercial Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial talent, building and maintaining relationships with brands, and ensuring successful execution of commercial deals and campaigns- especially for our influencer clients. This role requires excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the commercial talent industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of commercial talent, ensuring their professional growth and success.
Identify and secure commercial opportunities for talent, including brand endorsements, partnerships, and advertising campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of talent, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of commercial campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to contractual obligations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for talent.
Collaborate with other departments within RAFCO Talent Management to align strategies and maximize opportunities for talent.
Provide guidance and support to talent in their professional development, including career planning and skill enhancement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in commercial talent management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent management, preferably in the commercial sector.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using talent management software and tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for talent growth.
In-depth understanding of the commercial talent industry, including market trends and key players.
