We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Talent Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Junior Talent Manager will assist in managing our roster of influencers and talent and begin to create their own roster of new influencers (micro-macro), support the execution of talent management strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen interest in the entertainment and social media industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Support: Assist in managing and supporting our roster of influencers and talent, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Campaign Coordination: Support the creation, execution, and optimization of talent campaigns, working closely with the senior management team.
Relationship Building: Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, talent, and industry professionals.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling, contract management, and database maintenance.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Influencer Department team to achieve departmental and company goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas and strategies for talent campaigns.
Passion: Deep passion for talent management and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: This position offers an aggressive commission structure with an 80/20 split. You will earn 80% of the revenue generated from your talent campaigns, with the remaining 20% going to the company.
