Position Overview:
The Theatrical Manager Assistant internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student interested in pursuing a career in talent management, particularly in the theatrical industry. The intern will support our Theatrical Talent Manager in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the workings of a leading talent management company.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and maintaining databases and records.
Audition Coordination: Help coordinate auditions, including communicating with clients and casting directors, and organizing materials.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, casting opportunities, and potential clients.
Client Relations: Support in maintaining strong relationships with clients by assisting with communication and providing timely responses to inquiries.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating industry events, workshops, and client meetings.
Social Media: Contribute to the company's social media presence by creating and curating content relevant to the theatrical industry.
General Assistance: Provide general assistance to the Theatrical Talent Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Theater, Performing Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion: Strong interest in the theatrical industry and talent management.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Enthusiasm: Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship. However, college credit can be arranged in accordance with the intern's educational institution's requirements.
