Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Manager Assistant to support our team in managing influencers. This position is ideal for a current college student passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and gaining hands-on experience in the industry. The role involves assisting the Talent Manager in coordinating with influencers, managing brand deals, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Manager in managing influencer relationships, including communication, scheduling, and contract management.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content for brand deals and campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Maintain and update databases of influencer contacts, contracts, and campaign details.
Support the Talent Manager in negotiating and finalizing deals with brands and influencers.
Prepare and distribute campaign briefs and guidelines to influencers.
Assist in organizing and managing events, photoshoots, and other promotional activities involving influencers.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to the team on emerging influencers and potential collaboration opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and brand partnerships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with influencer marketing metrics and analytics is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and collaborations.
