Position Overview:
The Influencer Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our roster of influencers, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the Influencer Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and success for both our influencers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Grow Influencer Roster: Oversee and expand our current roster of influencers, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and company goals.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Influencer Department team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in influencer marketing or talent management, with a proven track record of success.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Network: Existing relationships with influencers, brands, and industry professionals.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creativity: Ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Passion: Deep passion for influencer marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: This position offers an aggressive commission structure with an 80/20 split. You will earn 80% of the revenue generated from your influencer campaigns, with the remaining 20% going to the company.
