QCODE builds captivating worlds in audio. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a driving force telling the story of the story - delighting our fans and helping bring in new audiences. You'll be at the forefront of fiction podcasts, further developing QCODE's brand point of view, and forging stronger relationships within the audio entertainment community.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Strategy Officer with content/brand marketing efforts and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a creative imagination, and is well-versed with current trends in audio/visual/digital entertainment. The Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional partners to assist in ensuring podcasts have exceptional product strategies, marketing support, and global execution, within budget.
QCODE, a premium content studio and podcast network, launched in 2019 and has quickly become a leading destination for scripted and fiction podcasts. The company is focused on working with creators to originate and innovate stories in audio format that have the potential to grow and be adapted in other mediums, including television series and feature films.

Build and execute show marketing plans
Develop key value propositions and messaging for new shows and overall catalog
Act as the DRI on execution of marketing projects
Create monthly reports to track program KPI's marketing metrics, and ensure content being shared and partnerships are meeting goals
Monitor daily and weekly marketing analytics and insights
Develop tactics and ideas to grow follower base and engagement
Create ongoing campaign decks to use internally and externally
Work cross-functional with Production, PR, and Sales to communicate marketing needs and plans
Interface with high-level talent with professionalism
Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience assisting and/or managing project timelines in the media, advertising, or marketing space
Demonstrated understanding of standard marketing techniques
Fluency with social media channels ( Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Experience with Keynote
Strong research, data analysis, and other quantitative skills using Excel, Google Analytics
Experience in photoshop, illustrator, and video editing software a plus
Experience in paid digital and media buying or selling a plus
*Pay is commensurate with experience.
