New York based Fitness company seeking experienced Line Producer for a full time, in house gig. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and have experience with cost tracking, budgeting, and negotiating with vendors and contractors. Must have experience with multi-camera, live and recorded shoots. Experience with Fitness shoots a plus.
Pre-production begins asap for shoots starting in February.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain an accurate cost tracker, including PO Log and cost projections.
Negotiate vendor and freelancer rates and oversee scheduling of crew.
Reconcile budgets after each shoot and work closely with the companies Controller.
Assist in daily shoot schedule and keep team on track.
Requirements:
Experience on a multi-camera, non-scripted set
Must have budget management experience
Motivated self starter who is able to collaborate.
Organized, efficient, and effective communicator.
Team player who remains calm under stress.
Fitness shoot experience a plus.
