Do you want to deep dive into the world of talent management, branding and influencer marketing? Are you available for a full-time position at our amazing, beautiful and social office space in Beverly Hills?
If you answered, yes, then we want to hear from YOU!
Your task will be to support exceptional social media influencers in building their own brand while negotiating and coordinating business opportunities for them. You will manage all incoming inquiries for your personal roster of talent, pitch your roster as well as the USA and global roster to partner with brands on social media partnerships, event appearances, and traditional advertising opportunities. You will negotiate fees and contract terms to finalize paid partnerships, manage deliverables for all partnerships including approvals, posts, and reporting.
In addition to that you will sign new talents and build up connections within the industry.
This role is all about strong relationships - You have the power to build and nourish them.

REQUIREMENTS
2 years relevant work experience in influencer marketing whether on brand or talent side.
Incredible work ethic. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are able to autonomously focus to knock out tasks quickly and comprehensively.
Can-do, above & beyond attitude. If you encounter obstacles or road blocks, you immediately communicate your issue - bonus points if you also suggest a solution.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, SnapChat, Facebook, etc.), influencers, and brands that are utilizing influencer marketing partnerships to increase awareness and drive sales.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a MUST.
High impact personality: outgoing, entrepreneurial, empathetic, team player
Fluent in English and based in Los Angeles.
