Small production company in need of an office production intern. 50% remote/in-person needed in Los Angeles (more specifically West Hollywood). Perfect opportunity for someone looking for experience in production/film/talent management. Must be based in LA currently. 20 hours a week. Gas will be reimbursed for on the job tasks. [start date ASAP for 3/4 months about]
The internship is unpaid, and college credit is required. No prior internship experience necessary, but a strong interest in the business is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and report on articles, stories, books, publishing, film/TV and other relevant news
Research and compile lists/tracking reports/vision boards of potential actors, directors, and writers for upcoming projects
Additional support with project-related research for films in creative development
Provide general administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant education or entry-level experience in Film and TV
Passion and focus on filmed entertainment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Web/tech-savvy to monitor and evaluate trending topics and ideas
Good eye for creative materials and topics in the zeitgeist, which will aid executives in brainstorming for projects
