Public Road Productions (The Kid Stays in the Picture; Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck; Jane) is seeking a hardworking candidate for the position of Assistant to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be versatile, resourceful, and resilient. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. The position requires an ability to wear many hats and a willingness to work on unfamiliar ground. Those who are hardworking and ambitious will receive ample opportunity to prove themselves and advance.
The job will entail all the responsibilities of a standard executive assistant, but will also provide tangible opportunities to be involved in ongoing projects. An interest in archival documentary filmmaking is a plus, but by no means necessary.
Interviews will be conducted exclusively over phone or by Zoom due to the ongoing pandemic.
