Maintain the basic functionality and upkeep of the studio as a whole. Manage reception department and all aspects of the front desk. Work with key executives to assist in certain executive level initiatives. Manage and direct all client service needs in order to provide the best experience for all of our clients and other VIP partners.

Department Responsibilities
Facilities
Maintain overall appearance of the studio
Manage cleaning vendor
Facilitate minor facility repairs and routine maintenance needs
Make sure all office supplies are stocked and maintained at appropriate levels
Manage all Staples, Costco, and Amazon purchases for the studio
Manage the off-site storage space to ensure it is being efficiently utilized
Maintain trade publications and other appropriate vendor relationships/logins
Organize quarterly studio screenings for the staff
Organize office events and occasions
Maintain conference call lines
Reception
Manage all aspects of reception department
Manage, train and maintain quality receptionist(s)
Manage all shipping and receiving for the studio
Facilitate all travel needs for the studio including production and executive
Manage reconciliation of receipts and invoices for shipping, catering and restaurants
Maintain petty cash log and lock box
Client Services
Manage and facilitate all client service needs including sundries, travel, and entertainment requests
Create and manage a client services database to ensure our clients have a world class experience.
Work with executives to ensure that any special CRM needs are met and addressed
