Public Relations Office Assistant:
Requirements:
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• - Comfortable using a PC or using the Microsoft Portal to manage work flow
• - Strong grammar and spelling acumen using AP style and not a spell and grammar computer app
• - Able to assist with media research: both pulling press clips as well as doing daily press breaks and finding out of the box ideas and avenues for pitching
• Uses Microsoft Outlook calendar to schedule and organize meetings and workflow
• Detail Oriented
• Takes direction well
This is to assist both the company clients and its founder. Person should be based in Los Angeles, have a flexible schedule, be proactive and have a reliable car.
This is part time at the moment. Must have some working knowledge of publicity and what it demands.
Possible overtime and some nights and weekends required.
