Entertainment PR firm is seeking a freelance office manager bookkeeper to work with the company.
Entertainment PR Firm seeks Part-Time/Freelance Office Manager/Bookkeeper:
LOS ANGELES BASED ONLY
Extensive experience with Quickbooks Online, Excel and Slack
At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper and/or office manager
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Can work independently WFH or Freelance preferred
Use and experience with Paychex and Paychex Flex
Obtain primary financial data for the accounting records
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties-A/R-A/P including receiving, processing, and reconciling client/vendor invoices
Handle any/all bank and credit card reconciliations
Processing bills for payment
New Client Onboarding (will train on our process )
New Vendor Onboarding (will train on our process)
New Employee Onboarding (will train on our process)
Process 1099s, W-2s
Work with Accountant on any yearly tax, licenses, SOS filings etc.
Any ordering of supplies, gifts, meals, messenger, fed ex,
This is part-time, and or freelance. Independent bookkeepers may also apply. This is approximately 10 - 15 hours a week.
