We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking assistant intern for an entertainment & media company.
Strong leadership qualities, excellent phone and communication skills, multi-tasking and versatility are invaluable in this role. This individual is expected to show resourcefulness, exhibit accountability, and understand their role well enough to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
This a great entry-level position for someone interested in getting started in the entertainment industry!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior management, financiers, filmmakers, talent, agents, and other high profile individuals in the financial and tech community
- Manage business cell phone and email account
- Responsible for handling calls, ensuring phone sheet is updated and maintained with accuracy
- Responsible for setting and managing fluid executive's schedule, arranging trael and managing potential conflicts
- The ideal candidate will be a team player and does not mind high level personal errands
- Handle daily requests
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Has prior experience working in entertainment or finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with social media platforms
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
