NATIONAL COVID-19 TESTING PROJECT COORDINATOR
This is a a full time position, with an established industry leader of a covid testing program for independent film productions, nationwide. Candidate must possess knowledge of film production and its functions, as well as have a good understanding and experience in coordinating Covid-19 testing for film productions. You should be able to communicate clearly and efficiently, and able to make decisions which will impact the outcome of a smooth launch in terrorizes about the US. Ideal candidate should have worked as a CCO or 2nd AD type of position. Fast paced environment and have knowledge of entertainment atmosphere and work well under pressure. Be a team leader and have a strong ability to be able to make correct decisions and work with a national team of vendors, nursing service industry leaders, laboratory representatives and couriers . Have the ability to work with company social media and be able to make changes to company web-site. Will have opportunity to work in field and set up productions with vendors. Monitor project management software and workflow across a large platform of projects running at the same time. Must be extremely organized and efficient. Familiar with AMPTE return to work, union and guild guidelines and be able to process information quickly. Update clients on CDC guidelines.
Be tech savvy and have home office capability, and able to work in a small office, with Covid-19 safety protocol.
Extensive travel possible. Must have valid drivers license. EOE Background & drug screening required.
