On the verge boutique song development/content/media creator is seeking a forward thinking motivated individual for a digital media internship to work on location and or remote. The ideal applicant should have a passion for the digital media landscape and social media sites. The candidate will have a hand in playlist development of songs, assist in video and visual conception and take decisive action posting on online forums of the in house developed content around the internet. The chosen individual will be on a fast track to a deep understanding of this field. Prohibition has a aggressive slate of projects on the horizon that will be in the marketplace by summer and fall. We are seeking an individual who wishes to be involved in the iteration and idea development of the projects.
Responsibilities are:
- Work with the CEO to implement social media strategy
- Set up content calendar and make sure projects executed in a timely fashion.
- Create a dialogue about content on key sites around the web.
- Expand internal playlist directory
- manage company email database
- be part of bi monthly strategy sessions.
Requirements
A genuine passion for media and music. Top notch verbal and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of social media and streaming music stores. Very handy with a smart phone and be able to think on their feet. Familiar with Power point and excel. The candidate ideally should be in school taking marketing and or sales. A working knowledge of Spanish and or French will be a plus.
