Performance Media Manager, Prime Video Latcanz Performance & Growth Media
We are seeking a talented Performance Media Manager to lead mobile app growth across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads for Prime Video in LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). As a key contributor to Prime Video's Performance and Growth Media strategy, you will own channel-level objectives to maximize quality app installs while maintaining efficiency metrics, working closely with our agency and partner teams to optimize campaigns for market-specific CPA and LTV targets.
The Performance Media Manager ensures campaigns deliver against growth targets while maintaining profitability guardrails across multiple countries. This role requires deep expertise in mobile app marketing tactics and understanding of regional nuances in user behavior, app store dynamics, and market maturity levels. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, strong project management skills, customer focus, and ability to transform marketing data into actionable insights. We're looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, handles ambiguity well, and pays close attention to detail.
Success in this role demands both technical marketing expertise and strategic thinking adapted to LATCANZ markets. You demonstrate ownership through continuous improvement in key performance metrics, develop standardized testing frameworks, and balance acquisition costs against customer lifetime value across different regions. Working closely with Business, Marketing, Finance and Analytics teams, you share knowledge and educate others on performance media platforms, attribution and best practices to enhance the customer journey.
In this position, you'll be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute innovative ideas, and establish best practices for Prime Video's growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our performance media strategies and driving success in the LATCANZ markets.
Key job responsibilities
• Establish and manage mobile app install campaign goals and performance metrics, conducting regular monitoring to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
• Lead execution of strategic mobile app install campaigns for Prime Video, implementing best practices through vigilant monitoring and in-depth performance analysis to optimize outcomes
• Act as the mobile growth expert for PV LATCANZ, effectively communicating and promoting successful strategies, technological advantages, processes, platform execution, and industry-related topics
• Create and implement initiatives to drive strategic use cases and deliver results, developing and maintaining a scalable playbook of best practices applicable across global markets and business lines
• Manage daily interactions with agencies and partner teams, guiding stakeholders to produce scaled marketing strategies and solutions, including budget management, goal-setting, performance reporting, and trend analysis
• Conduct and communicate comprehensive analysis of PV service-level campaigns and experiments, presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with regional marketers to execute marketing experiments and campaign/channel holdout incrementality lift studies
• Oversee partnerships with vendors, while identifying and exploring betas and new testing opportunities
• Enhance mobile growth program and management by pinpointing tools and mechanisms for automation, improved efficiency, and scalability
• Ensure compliance and quality control with brand guidelines and data sharing

Qualifications
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
• Depth of knowledge within mobile app advertising, e.g. Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads
