This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for a Creative Director to serve as the Talent Services creative executive working frontline with talent and talent teams. In partnering with talent, this individual must be high-trust, have impeccable taste, and have the finger on the pulse of culture. We expect this individual to translate talent's creative vision into content execution, while balancing commercial and creative interests. The Creative Director will be both externally and internally-facing, requiring strong communications (verbal, written, creative feedback) and ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and expertise. This individual must be entrepreneurial and have the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while managing competing deadlines. No ask is too small, and no vision is too big – in support of our talent partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead content creative with high-level talent and talent representation, in partnership with cross-Amazon creative teams.
• Define and evolve an operating model for best-in-class talent creative collaboration, working with world-renown superstars through emerging talent.
• Represent talent's creative vision to internal teams, creating systems for handling high-profile creative concepts, feedback, greenlight, and production.
• Scope, oversee, and problem solve in production.
• Build reporting to track production process.
• Support marketing and advertising creative teams, as needed.

Qualifications
• 10 years of developing content creative in audio, video, and/or written
• Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Deep prior work day-to-day with high-profile talent and talent representation
• Fluency with current trends, talent, and opportunities in media and entertainment
• Polished communication skills including speaking, writing, and presenting to top talent and senior leadership
