Key job responsibilities
This role includes heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation. The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and competing needs, and have excellent communication with their executives to help balance workload between desks. They should have an interest in TV development and a deep understanding of the Prime Video slate and the current television landscape.

Qualifications
• 2 years of professional or military experience
• High school or equivalent
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older
