In this dynamic role, we will rely on you to support and anticipate the needs of the Artist Manager.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Field and vet all incoming phone calls
- Book travel, accommodations, car services and make reservations
- Manage artist calendars/schedules
• Track expenses and submit bi-monthly expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with internal and external departments including marketing, publishing, production & etc.
• Work closely with internal talent management & publishing teams to develop and maximize opportunities
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the Artists when needed
Qualifications:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including senior management
• Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative, outside-the-box type thinking
• Highly motivated with networking ability
• Passion for music
• Ability to be flexible and work in a very fast paced environment
• 1-2 years of prior experience in an administrative role preferred
