THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a senior, partner-track role for someone ready to help shape where the agency goes next. You'll build on the strong foundation we've established, elevate how we operate, and play a direct role in advocating for greater Asian representation in Hollywood. We're looking for someone optimistic, driven, passionate, and genuinely invested in our mission and our growth.
This is not an entry-level role. That said, if you bring strong leadership or management experience from another field, we're more than willing to train you and get you up to speed - what matters most is the right mindset, work ethic, and commitment to where we're headed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and mentor our current team of junior agents, while training and developing new ones
• Help level up our operations, processes, and overall strategy
• Analyze numbers, booking trends, and patterns across our existing talent to guide smarter decisions
• Advocate for and develop Asian talent for commercial, print, TV, and film assignments
• Partner closely with leadership to drive the agency's growth and long-term vision
We also have exciting growth on the horizon. If you bring producing, directing, or showrunner experience, that's a major plus - those skills will open meaningful doors as the agency moves into its next chapter of creative ventures.
REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in media, event planning, talent management, or agency business - or comparable leadership and management experience in another field
• A college graduate with a four-year degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Law, or Management
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable reviewing numbers, booking trends, and performance patterns
• Proven team leadership and the ability to mentor, train, and develop others
• Producing, directing, or showrunner experience is a huge plus
• Tech-savvy, with excellent communication, follow-up, phone, writing, and leadership skills
• Able to work well under pressure, problem-solve in complex situations, and manage multiple projects while staying cool, calm, and collected

Salary/Benefits
Competitive, negotiable salary plus commission based on experience, along with health and medical benefits, paid time off, and sick days.
