THE POSITION:
Pressman Film is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO who will also assist the senior management team. Candidates must be able to work well in a fast- paced environment and should feel comfortable with a high-volume desk that involves dealing with talent and senior executives industry wide. Duties include calendar management, correspondence management (calls and email), expense management, data infrastructure management (talent and submission grids), overseeing interns, pre-meeting research and reminders, analyzing and inputting on creative material and general office duties. The ideal candidate is someone extraordinarily organized and an exceptional multitasker, with strong communication skills and great follow through, is detail oriented and loves film and television. One-year Agency/Management/Studio/Network or equivalent experience is a must. Must be LA based - company is hybrid WFH and in-office.
JOB DUTIES
• The Executive Assistant will report directly to executive team, including the CEO, and administer the operations of the office.
• Maintain calendars for 3 executives, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally.
• Roll calls and organize high-volume inboxes.
• Assist in development, preparation, and delivery of company notes, spreadsheets, trackers, presentations, official correspondence, as needed or as assigned by the executive office.
• Participate with senior creative executives in project discussions and management.
• Read and provide coverage on various scripts.
• Handle day-to-day tasks including business errands.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Manage the company's rolling college internship program.
• Expectation to work flexible office hours and being available after standard hours if needed.

• Minimum 1-year work experience as an administrative assistant in an industry capacity.
• Proficiency with scheduling and managing calendars.
• MS Office and G-Suite proficiency.
• Computer savviness and the ability to troubleshoot technical needs.
• Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good attitude is a must!
