We are a small company based in LA in a point of transition looking to grow our team. While we remain dedicated to film production as the core of our company we are actively expanding into TV and emerging storytelling mediums such as immersive and VR content.

Job Description:

Pressman Film is seeking a part-time enterprising and dynamic individual to join our team for a trial period as a part-time Creative Consultant. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and fun loving environment to work closely with our team in packaging our films, building talent lists, and providing creative input.

Ideal Candidates would have an interest in the following:

• Assist in packaging films by identifying suitable directors, writers, and talent for projects.
• Participate in raising finance for development and production of feature and TV projects.
• Provide notes and feedback on scripts, treatments, and project pitches.
• Bring new and innovative project ideas to the table, contributing to the creative vision of Pressman Film.
• Engage in meetings and discussions with filmmakers, talent, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for independent cinema and storytelling.
• 4+ years experience at a Studio, Network, Agency, and/or Management company
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the film industry.
• Previous experience in film development, production, or creative consulting
